League/Camp Fee Payments

All League/Camp fees must be paid in full online before the first day by Visa or Master Card charge cards. We do not accept checks.  WCL does not guarantee any changes after registration. Dropping or transferring league teams or camps is subject to the WCL refund and transfer policy.
 
Transfers and Schedule Changes
 
Due to administrative costs, a fee is charged for transferring between league teams.
 
A $35 transfer fee applies to each transfer between league options, teams, sessions or weeks.
Transfers must be submitted in writing to the WCL Office, located at 5320 Derry, Ave Suite K in Agoura Hills, CA 91301, at least 5 working days prior to the start of the season or emailed to a league administrator. 

Transfer fee must be paid in full at the time the request is approved. 

Transfers are based on space availability and are made at the discretion of WCL. 

Refunds
 
There are no refunds for the West Coast Lacrosse league. If a player is injured prior to the start date and cannot compete, we can issue a credit for a future season.  A written request for refund must be submitted along with a signed doctor's note.
 
If we cancel a program for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 4 weeks.

The parent or guardian’s (electronic) signature on the registration and liability waiver form indicates an understanding of all registration and refund policies and agreement to abide by them. 
 
Absences
 
Refunds are not available for vacations, special events, short-term illnesses of 5 days or fewer, or other personal commitments that prevent attendance.
 
Dismissal from League
 
There are times when a league must dismiss a player due to psychological, emotional or physical ability disability that precludes the player from participating safely or effectively in a group. Fighting and retaliation are grounds for immediate dismissal.   This action will take effect only after consultation among parents, camper/player, and/or league administrators. If a player is dismissed for disciplinary reasons or fighting, there will be NO REFUND for the unused days.
